How to use
Ignite one end of the moxa stick and hold the moxa stick at about 5cm above the acupoint. Gently swirl or move it up and down until the skin appears red. Allow the area to cool off before repeating the treatment.
点燃艾条的一端，手持艾条在穴位上方约5cm处施灸，可采取悬灸或上下移动雀啄灸，以皮肤出现红晕为度。
Precaution
Not recommended for sensitive skin. During moxibustion, please utilise carefully, avoid burning the skin. Pregnant women should only use moxibustion under the doctor's advice.
皮肤过敏者不宜灸，施灸时，小心操作，避免灼伤皮肤；孕妇应在医生指导下使用。
