How to Use

Tear along the gap on the sealed packet to remove the patch from the packaging. Peel off the adhesive paper on both sides and position the black part on affected area. Apply pressure on both sides of tape to secure the patch on your skin.

从外包装中取出自热贴，瞄准胶布上的黑色部分，然后贴在疼痛部位。建议每天使用一次。

Do not apply on infected skin with open wounds or pus formation. Remove plaster immediately if skin is itchy and painful. Store in cool and dry place. Not suitable for pregnant women.

不要用在开放性伤口或已化脓感染的皮肤。如果皮肤发痒和疼痛，请立即停止使用。存放在阴凉干燥处。不适合孕妇。
